FERROFISH VERTO MX MULTIMODE MADI ADAT DANTE CONVERTER
Technical Product Description
The Ferrofish Verto MX is a powerful and compact MADI to Dante converter designed to easily integrate your existing MADI devices into a Dante/AES67 network. With the Verto MX, all 64 x 64 MADI channels become accessible in the Dante network through a simple plug-and-play setup, ensuring high-quality audio transmission with minimal configuration. This device is equipped with two MADI interfaces (optical and coaxial), enabling both types of connections. In the event of a MADI signal failure, the device can automatically switch to the other interface, providing a secure redundant operation.
On the Dante side, the Verto MX features two RJ-45 ports prepared for redundant operation, ensuring reliable network connectivity. It supports a sample rate of up to 192kHz, offers MIDI I/O for embedding and de-embedding, and includes BNC word clock inputs and outputs for external synchronization.
